Renting in Saronno or Monza

Hello!  Our family (2 parents, 2 little children, 1 cat) will likely be moving to either Saronno or Monza (Lombardy) in January 2013.  We're hoping to find an unfurnished apartment, and are wondering if anyone has any advice about where to start?  For instance, are there English-speaking rental agencies in these areas?  We are at a disadvantage, as we do not yet speak Italian, and can only househunt via internet and phone (no chance to do so in person after we arrive).  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
