One and the Same Order

I still cannot find JSCHOTZ's postings for steps to file for a Declaratory Judgement. All the links I find are broken. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Christina,

Christina,

Thanks for that- it should get me started. But the one I was thinking of had templates of the forms he used and step by step instructions- great posting. And since I am a member on numerous forums I of course can't find it again!

That is the posting, but it

That is the posting, but it seems that the conversion to the new forum has left the formating something to be desired.  I also note it isn't anchored to the top of the forum as it used to be.  Perhaps I can work with Annika and Cristina to do something special?  I have some revisions and things too.  Would that be helpful?

Yes, please- I am going for a Declaratory Judgement and the attorney I am working with has never done anything like this- so what ever I can provide to guide her will expedite the process in addition to reduce the costs would be appreciated!

My attorney has now backed

My attorney has now backed off, claiming that she believes it is unlikely we would come to a satisfactory resolution. She has referred me to the NYC barr association to locate someone with experience handling this type of case.

Any suggestions?

I am not someone who has had experience with NYC. Have you had luck finding someone yet?
