marriage

i am an Iranian Muslim girl, a Italian boy wanna marry me. we wanna marry in Iran. does he must change his religion to marry with me or it doesn't need?

I'm pretty sure that strict Shar'ia law does not permit a Muslim woman to marry a non Muslim man. Problem is I'm not sure how strictly Shar'ia law is adhered to in Iran.

I think its up to the person to change religion.

There are no restrictions according to Italian law. If one wants to change religion, he or she can do so. Catholicism demands that a couple both practice Catholicism and have done all rites, though his necessity to change religions is really dependent upon how religious he is and how your family would take to you marrying a non-Muslim (which pardon my inquiry, but Iran doesn't seem to have an excellent reputation in this respect).
