Just a note before I go off to Bahia's wedding in NYC (Non vorrei andare! It's too soon to go back, but for her, anything.).
I was taking a friend to the train station at Chiusi and stopped for gas on the Pienza road. Being Sunday, the station was self-service only. A little old lady pulled up behind me and asked if I would help her put gas in her car which was simple enough to do. The next morning I got a call from the caribinieri in Chianciano Terme. It seems I'd left my whole wallet on the gas pump and the lady took it to them. They found my WIND card and were able to call my mobile. I went to pick it up and everything, including two hundred and fifty Euro, was in the wallet. Nice country!!!
