I think you are an American...what about the kids!!! I have always wanted to live in another country but i guess it is not meant for me. Hi illinoissuz, Well the house you posted you message under isn't mine, but is near to Siena in Tuscany... A photo of my house is right at the end of the January 2006 Archive found here on the 'side bar'. The start of my story on the move to Italy is there too. I'm not American but English! Sorry... One son, still in the UK. You never know about moving elsewhere. My second (and last) move her was when I was 63 and retired!

Annika, that is my little village. High on a hilltop in themiddle of the CHianti. It really is a beautiful peaceful place.
