IS IT SPRING YET?

Yep, Ill admit it: I want spring and I want it NOW!!!! Iwant blue skies and chirping birds, flowers of every hue, even milder temperatures! Yes, I realize it's still early March, but when you combine my natural impatience with the teasing that Mother Nature's been giving us lately, well, it's just too much. At least we're not still shoveling snow, but that's not quite good enough!

I seem to recall that Puxatawney Phil doomed us to six more weeks of winter, but wait! Does Phil have jurisdiction over Italy too?! Is there an Italian version of the Farmer's Almanac that predicts when spring will arrive once and for all in Umbria? I guess I understand the expression "spring fever" better than I'd like!
