Schools

Attending school is probably the easiest way to move over without being a dual citizen.  That is how I did it and it made sense at the time.  I was legal, could work and was learning the language.

First step is finding the right school for you.  There are schools all over Italy that qualify for a student visa so you just need to decide how large of a school and classes you are interested in and what area of Italy you prefer.  I went to the Università per Stranieri in Siena and loved the city so much, I stayed.  Siena is wonderful but of course, not for everyone. Maybe you want to be near the sea or in the mountains.  Below you will find links to many schools, school search engines and more.

After you decide on a school you will need to apply.  Most of the time this is pretty straight forward.
